
Michelle and I decided to add yoga to our exercise plan. We were shocked to hear that Dan and Mark were excited to give it a try too. Andrew wasn't as excited, but I managed to convince him to join. See how relaxed Dan is?
It's been about three years since I've practiced yoga. Now I remember how much I loved the classes I took with the roomies at UCLA (especially since they were only $17 a quarter). I also remember how strenuous it can be. I was a little disappointed that I've lost so much flexibility since my last yoga session. My downward-facing dog needs some work.
In the end, Mark felt dizzy and sat out for a while, Andrew's feelings remained the same, pretty much indifferent, and Dan committed to becoming the best yogi he can be. He even bought himself his very own yoga mat (my stone floors aren't ideal for yoga).
